Tips for Care:

Soil should be consistently moist and well-draining. even and slightly moist.

Harvesting:

Harvest kohlrabi when they are between 2.5” and 4” in diameter. Leaves can be trimmed and used separately.

Extras

Kohlrabi tubers can be peeled eaten raw or cooked similar to turnips. Leaves have a slightly spicy taste and can be cooked until tender like cabbage.
