Tips for Care:

Keep soil moisture even and slightly moist. Water about 1” or more a week, preferably in the morning. Give bok choy partial shade to avoid bolting.

Harvesting:

Small bok choy is ready to harvest as soon as the leaves are usable. You can harvest the entire crop or one leave at a time until the end of season.
